Onewehost Cloud LLC (“Onewehost”, “we”) takes abuse seriously. Use this page to report network/security abuse, spam, phishing, malware, illegal content, or violations of our Terms/AUP. We triage every report and act quickly where warranted.

What to report

  • Phishing / fraud: deceptive login pages, brand impersonation, scams.
  • Malware: distribution, C2 (command-and-control), droppers, exploit kits.
  • Spam / UCE: unsolicited bulk email, open-relay/open-proxy abuse (include headers).
  • Network abuse: DDoS, port scanning at scale, brute-force, credential stuffing.
  • Illegal or prohibited content: CSAM (report immediately), doxxing, threats, AUP violations (including cryptocurrency mining, which is prohibited on our Services).
  • Trademark/copyright: for copyright, use our DMCA channel below.

Information we need

Provide as much of the following as you can. This helps us verify and act quickly:

  • URLs or file paths, and relevant screenshots (only if safe/legal to capture).
  • IP addresses, ports, and timestamps in UTC (with timezone/offset if applicable).
  • Email evidence: full RFC 5322 headers and message body for spam/phishing.
  • Logs: web/proxy/server logs showing abusive requests (redact unrelated personal data).
  • Description of the issue and impact (e.g., brand impersonation, credential harvesting).
  • Your contact details in case we need more information.

Please do not send executable malware; if necessary, provide hashes (SHA-256) and a secure link with access instructions.

How we handle abuse reports

  • Triage targets: initial review within 24 hours (sooner for imminent harm).
  • Urgent actions (e.g., CSAM, active phishing/malware, ongoing DDoS): we prioritize immediate mitigation, isolation, or suspension.
  • Notice & takedown: we notify the customer when appropriate and take action per our Terms/AUP and applicable law.
  • Privacy: we share only what is legally required and appropriate; customer PII is disclosed to authorities only via lawful process.
  • Feedback: where possible, we will acknowledge your report and confirm when mitigation has occurred.

Copyright (DMCA)

For copyright claims, email our DMCA Agent at dmca@onewehost.com. Include: your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL/IP/timestamp), a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We may remove or disable access and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.

Law enforcement

We respond to valid legal requests consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. For expedited matters involving an imminent threat to life or safety, write to abuse@onewehost.com with “EMERGENCY” in the subject and include a callback number and agency details. We accept data preservation requests where legally valid.

Important notes

  • Submitting a false or bad-faith report may result in no action. Please provide accurate, verifiable information.
  • We generally cannot share customer account details without a legal basis.
  • Some content may be hosted behind customer-managed encryption; we will act on verifiable indicators (network/metadata, takedown orders, etc.).
