Billing questions

Payments, renewals, taxes and overages.

Yes. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your dashboard. If a renewal was unintentional, contact us within 7 days.

Fixed plans are billed in advance per term; metered overages (e.g., bandwidth/egress, storage) are billed in arrears.

Occasionally we place a small authorization to validate a card. It is released automatically per your bank policy.

Taxes may apply based on country/region and will be shown at checkout and on your invoice.

Yes. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades apply to future billing. Pro-rata credits may be issued where applicable.

We retry, may request an alternate method, and may suspend after notice. Please update your payment details in the dashboard.

Refunds & cancellations

Friendly policy designed to be fair and fast.

Yes—full refund within 30 days on your first purchase of eligible services. Non-refundable items are listed below.

Contact us within 7 days of a renewal you did not intend to continue. We’ll refund when the service is unused or provide a fair pro-rata/credit.

We refund to the same wallet in USD-equivalent at refund time, minus network fees. If not feasible, we issue account credit.

Domain operations, issued SSL, third-party licenses, dedicated IPs once allocated, and usage-based overages.

Email contact@onewehost.com with your account email, invoice number, and the service to refund. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunded/cancelled services are scheduled for deletion per our retention and backup schedules. Please back up data you wish to keep.
